For what it's worth, as of October 25, 2010, the issue still exists.

It's been two years, it's just not going to be fixed at this point. If anyone reading this still has this problem, just buy a new router and save yourself the headache.

I actually had the same issue, I just ended up disabling the router's DHCP ability all together and replaced it with a Linux box running a DHCP server with pdnsd+squid.

Thanks to Linksys being total shit these days, I was forced to implement a much better solution then they were able to. Now I have a fully configurable web cache, dns cache and robust dhcp service on my network.

I have been running a 160v2 since Jan 09, I had the same issues most all have had. I down graded the firmware to 2.0.2 build 8 since then I have not one problem.

There are more bugs on 160Nv2 then losts of DNS, this are what i noticed:
- Lost of DNS
- If you connect PC with wista via WIFI router somtimes DIE and all network is down, (the problem with 110N too, its ipv6 problem)
- Drop connection during the connection procedure
- HANG UP's when using uPNP software

My advice:
IF YOU HAVE ONE, BURN IT!
IF IT'S NEW RETURN IT AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE (NOT LINKSYS/CISCO)
IF YOU THING ABOUT BUYING IT, STOP!!!

i replaced 3 of them, 110, 160n v1, 160n v2 none worked fine, i have tried different firmware versions and none worked fine!

DON'T BUY LINKSHITS!!!
